Call your local medicaid office and ask them what doctors in your state will take medicaid to preform the precedure.
I live in Florida and I just recently did this (after calling every surgeon in the state damn near and getting turned down)
It turns out that Shands hospital which is a teaching hospital will take medicaid with my doctors referral. Good luck to you both.
