This is a great news story I just found. It is exactly what I have been preaching all this years about Weight Loss Surgery and Lifestyle changes. It might sound great to go under the knife, but you have to change your lifestyle. In my particular case, I decided to do it, and that was a wise decision. I changed the way I look at food, and most importantly, I started to exercise. At least 3 times a week. Constantly, lots of cardio workout. Now, more than 15 months post-op, I decided to run at least 4 miles a day… I am doing it, and it feels great.
