My husband is in the Dr. Dean Ornish program for reversing heart disease. About 4 years ago I had WLS and have maintained my weight loss till now. In changing my diet to support my husband with his new diet I have gained just under 10 pounds in about 2 months. He does all of the cooking and I am not picky so will eat whatever he fixes. Therefore, I am eating more carbs and no meat protein. How can we coordinate his nutritional needs with mine without having to fix two seperate meals?
